Dentons advises Centrica on sale of European energy solutions businesses in Italy and the Netherlands

London-Dentons has advised Centrica on the disposal of a number of non-core European energy solutions businesses, including its energy solutions operations in Italy and the Netherlands, which have been sold to Joulz, a portfolio company of 3i Infrastructure.

The transactions reflect a strategic decision by Centrica to focus resources on its core growth and innovation priorities, enabling the business to pursue new opportunities and accelerate growth in key markets.
