The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

EOG Resources, Inc. (F031080, P0040164):

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSTRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by EOG Resources, Inc. (CMP001619) to modify and operate the Arbalest 19 SESW PAD (F031080) with the addition of production and equipment associated with two new wells, the Cork 3001-20H and 3006-21H, with one vapor recovery unit and one common smokeless air-assist flare to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks, active produced water tanks and dehydration unit, located in the SE1/4SW1/4 of Section 19, T41N, R72W, approximately fourteen (14) miles southeast of Pine Tree Junction, in Campbell County, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency's analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F031080 and permit number P0040164 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Campbell County Library, Gillette, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Campbell County Clerk's Office, Gillette, Wyoming.

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSTRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by EOG Resources, Inc. (CMP001619) to construct and operate a new sweet crude oil and natural gas production facility, known as the Ballista 17 NWNE PAD (F031640), consisting of the Loveland 1719-04H, 05H, 06H, 52H, 53H and 54H wells, with three vapor recovery units and one common smokeless air-assist flare to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks, active produced water tanks and dehydration unit, located in the NW1/4NE1/4 of Section 17, T41N, R73W, approximately nine (9) miles southeast of Pine Tree Junction, in Campbell County, Wyoming.

(CMP001619) to modify and operate the Flatbow 31 SESE PAD (F031277) with the addition of production and equipment associated with two new wells, the Snowbird 2017-05H and 06H, with two vapor recovery units and one common smokeless air-assist flare to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks, active produced water tanks, dehydration unit and truck loading, located in the SE1/4SE1/4 of Section 31, T42N, R73W, approximately seven (7) miles east-southeast of Pine Tree Junction, in Campbell County, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency's analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F031277 and permit number P0040168 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Campbell County Library, Gillette, Wyoming.
