Stephen Field Indicted on Second Degree Murder Charges for Death of Kylie Fritz in Newmarket, New Hampshire on July 28, 2025
Concord, NH - Attorney General John M. Formella announces that the Rockingham County Grand Jury in Brentwood, New Hampshire has returned indictments against Stephen Field, age 40, in connection with the shooting death of Kylie Fritz, age 38, in Newmarket, NH on July 28, 2025.
Stephen Field has been indicted on one count of Second-Degree Murder for recklessly causing the death of Ms. Fritz death under circumstances manifesting extreme indifference to the value of human life by shooting her and one count of Falsifying Physical Evidence.
Mr. Field waived his arraignment on these charges, which was scheduled for April 22, 2026, in the Rockingham County Superior Court.
The charges and allegations against Stephen Field are merely accusations, and he is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
