Rachel and Amy: Our ag customers come from generations of farmers and ranchers who have worked side by side in our community. Their crops and cattle have long worked together in a partnership of balance, resourcefulness and determination to make the most of each acre, helping each other thrive. We feel this sums up both of our backgrounds, growing up in rural communities where neighbors help neighbors, families build lasting legacies and hard work helps turn challenges into opportunities. We are proud to serve the grain farmers and cattle producers in our area every day.
Rachel: Since October 2024.
Amy: Coming up on two years.
Rachel: Amy and I both started in the lending world around the same time. With Amy working so closely with loan documentation, she has shown me the importance of accuracy and timeliness in the loan process.
Amy: We accepted our current roles at about the same time, so we have been able to learn together, which has had its interesting moments! Although I am more involved in the technical side of the loan documentation process, Rachel takes the time to explain and show me the bigger-picture side of our customer relationships. It really helps draw everything together.
Rachel: Amy and I work well together because we communicate openly, support each other and trust each other's strengths and help with each other's weaknesses.
Amy: I think our personalities play off each other very well. There is an ease to our communication and connection that allows trust and collaboration to come naturally. We know our strengths and weaknesses and can balance each other out, while still having fun along the way.
Rachel: Bravera is a great partner for customers because we pride ourselves on building strong relationships and taking the time to understand their unique goals, challenges and operations.
Amy: Bravera operates with teamwork at the forefront. Our employee teams work hard to build that same spirit of teamwork with our customers, helping them turn their goals into action.
Rachel: My favorite thing about our community is how close-knit it is. Everybody supports everybody, and there is a strong sense of connection.
Amy: The people!
Rachel: The best part of our job is building relationships with customers, helping them grow their operations and watching them prosper into the next generation.
Amy: The best part of our job is the connections we make. Finding solutions to support our customers is key to strengthening our small communities.
