Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing on the proposed City of Cody Lead Service Line Examination Vacuum Excavator Truck Project (Project) will be held in the Council Chambers of City Hall on the 7th day of October, 2025, at 7:00 pm or as soon thereafter as practical. Any and all persons interested may appear and be heard respecting the Project.

The Project will include funds to purchase a vacuum excavation truck for the purpose of completing water service line material inventories to comply with the Environmental Protection Agency's Lead and Copper Rule Improvements requirements. A more detailed summary of the planned improvements, cost estimates, and funding plan can also be reviewed at the Public Works Administration Office at Cody City Hall by contacting Kris Bruxvoort, E.I., Staff Engineer, at (307) 527-3477.
