As a member of the Missouri NEA, you also have a team of members and professionals working for you in Washington, D.C. As the U.S. Congress begins its 119th Legislative Session, the NEA Committee will be there on your behalf.

• Find out more about the NEA Legislative Program, NEA's guide for advocacy at the federal level, and how you can add your voice.
• Ask questions and share your legislative priorities.
• Get an update on activity in the U.S. Congress, including our achievements late last year with GPO-WEP and the Social Security Fairness Act, a law repealing two unfair penalties that robbed many NEA members of the Social Security benefits they earned.
• Learn how you can participate in federal advocacy via the NEA EdActionCenter.
