Palm Court Pedestrian Alley Temporary Intermittent Daytime Closures

City crews will be performing temporary intermittent daytime closures of the Palm Court Pedestrian Alley to all traffic near Orange Grove Avenue for scaffolding installation and removal as part of the Orange Grove Parking Structure Repair Project. Local businesses will be open during construction.

Construction schedule and access details:

  • March 11-17 | 7:00AM-3:30PM: The alleyway will be open to pedestrians and deliveries during this time, with intermittent closure during the installation of scaffolding.
  • March 17-April 22: During construction, a 6-foot wide scaffold area off the front of Flavor of India will be in place. The remaining area, approximately 12-15 feet wide, will be open to pedestrians and food deliveries.
  • April 22-24 | 7:00AM-3:30PM: The alleyway will be open to pedestrians and deliveries during this time, with intermittent closure during the takedown of the scaffolding.
