PSD Seeks Proposals as of 07-03-2025 for an Expert Witness to Assist in Vermont Gas Systems Petition to Amend CPG #7970

The Vermont Department of Public Service ("Department") is seeking proposals for a contract to support the Department's legal and technical staff as needed throughout the Department's participation in the Public Utility Commission's proceedings for the amended petition submitted by Vermont Gas Systems, Inc. ("VGS") in PUC Case No. 25-0055-PET, which concerns VGS' petition to amend Certificate of Public Good #7970.
