On March 4, 2026, the President approved a Presidential Disaster Designation for three counties in Arkansas, due to severe winter storms in Louisiana that occurred from January 23, 2026, through January 27, 2026. The counties affected are listed below:

Designation Date: March 4, 2026
Disaster Start Date: January 23, 2026
Disaster End Date: January 27, 2026
Last Day to Apply for EM Loan: November 4, 2026
