The Portland Police Major Crash Team is investigating a serious injury hit-and-run crash involving a pedestrian on Southeast 122nd Avenue in the Powellhurst-Gilbert Neighborhood.

On Saturday, September 13, 2025 at 11:19 p.m., Portland Police officers assigned to East Precinct responded to a report of a crash at Southeast 122nd Avenue at Southeast Holgate Boulevard. When they arrived, they found an injured adult male pedestrian. The man was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. The suspect driver left the scene. No immediate arrests were made.
The Portland Police Traffic Division Major Crash Team responded to assume the investigation. During the investigation, Southeast 122nd Avenue is closed between Southeast Holgate Boulevard and Southeast Pardee Street.
