Summary
In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, FMCSA announces its plan to submit the Information Collection Request (ICR) described below to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval and invites public comment. This notice invites comments on the renewal of an approved information collection titled "Emergency Exemptions Under 49 CFR 390.25," (OMB Control No. 2126-007) which is currently due to expire on January 31, 2027.
