Old FM 440 lane closure planned for Friday, Jan. 24

KILLEEN, Texas (Jan. 23. 2025) - The southbound lane of Old FM 440 from Valentine Street to Stephen Street will be closed to through traffic on Friday, Jan. 24, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., weather permitting.

The closure is so a Atmos Energy Contractor can perform work in the area.

Sidewalks may also be blocked in the area during the work.

The contractor will have a traffic control plan in place and guide traffic around the work area. Motorists should anticipate delays and are asked to use caution and obey traffic control devices.
