Chamelio Raises $26M Series A From Entrée Capital

We couldn't be more excited to congratulate Chamelio on its $26M Series A, following our Seed investment earlier this year. The round was led by Entrée Capital, with participation from existing investors Work-Bench, Emerge, and Bright Pixel Capital.

This raise comes just eight months after we led Chamelio's Seed and will fuel aggressive hiring, the next generation of its legal intelligence platform, and expansion across the US as the company takes on legacy contract management vendors head-on.

Our investment in Chamelio is rooted in a simple belief: in-house legal teams deserve AI that actually knows their business. Most legal teams are stuck between old contract management systems that store documents but don't understand them, and generic AI tools that are smart but know nothing about the company they're working for. Chamelio closes that gap by turning a company's contracts, playbooks, and past decisions into a living source of legal knowledge. Co-founders Alex, Gil, and Gal saw that gap clearly, and they've been relentless about closing it.

What the team has built in such a short time is remarkable. From the start, it was clear this was a team that lives with its customers. When they flew in for their final pitch to our investment committee, they passed on dinner with us to host a dinner for 12 legal leaders that same night. A week later they were back in New York working the floor at a legal tech conference, with Danny from our team helping rescue their booth after a last-minute monitor failure.

Since then, Chamelio has grown to more than 100 customers, including Wiz, Monday.com, Socure, and Lightricks, and is now adding seven to eight new customers every month. Along the way, the product has expanded from AI-powered contract redlining in Microsoft Word into a full platform with agentic workflows, an automatically organized contract repository, and legal team dashboards. Customers are seeing real results: at Lightricks, NDA turnaround dropped from a full day to under an hour.

This round is a major milestone, but still just one step on a much longer journey. We're incredibly proud to be early partners and can't wait to see what the team builds next.
