Beachcomber Resorts & Hotels is pleased to announce the appointment of Kervyn Rayeroux and Guillaume Noyan as General Managers of Trou aux Biches Beachcomber Golf Resort & Spa and Victoria Beachcomber Resort & Spa respectively, effective from 1 April 2026. Kervyn succeeds Théo Fleurié, who is moving on to the next chapter of his career.

Kervyn and Guillaume's journeys within Beachcomber are, above all, stories of passion, commitment and perseverance. Kervyn joined the Group in 1993 as a Guest Relations Officer at Shandrani Beachcomber Resort & Spa, while Guillaume began his career there in 1999 as a Management Trainee. Since then, every career milestone has provided a chance to grow, mentor their teams and help the hotels they have served truly shine.

Their career paths reflect the opportunities for growth within the hospitality industry and demonstrateBeachcomber's commitment to nurturing its talent.

With 32 years of experience within Beachcomber, Kervyn has held a wide range of roles including Guest Relations Officer, Trainee Manager, Restaurant Supervisor, Restaurant Manager, Assistant F&B Manager, F&B Manager, Commercial Executive, Resident Manager, Hotel Manager and General Manager.

Guillaume, with 27 years of experience, including more than two decades with Beachcomber, has had a comparable career path, progressing from Management Trainee to Hotel Manager, with roles including Assistant F&B Manager, F&B Services Manager and Executive Assistant Manager.

"It is both a great honour and a profound privilege to take the helm of Trou aux Biches Beachcomber, a landmark institution and an icon of Mauritian hospitality. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Group's senior leadership for the trust they have placed in me. Together with the Artisans of Trou aux Biches Beachcomber, we will write an exciting new chapter in the history of this exceptional property, which celebrates its 55th anniversary this year, a milestone that reflects the excellence and enduring legacy of this iconic address. I would also like to extend my warmest thanks to the Artisans of Victoria Beachcomber, who have supported, inspired and accompanied me throughout these six and a half years spent by their side. My heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you for your dedication and commitment," says Kervyn.

Guillaume shares the same sentiment. "Joining Victoria Beachcomber as General Manager is a true privilege. I would like to thank Beachcomber's leadership for the confidence they have shown in me. I also wish to acknowledge the Artisans of Paradis Beachcomber Golf Resort & Spa, where I spent 15 years of my career, and those of Trou aux Biches Beachcomber, with whom I have had the privilege of working over the past few years. Each of them has contributed greatly to my journey, both professionally and personally. I now look forward to working alongside the teams at Victoria Beachcomber to build on the strong momentum already in place, enrich the Guest Experience and support the continued growth and fulfilment of our Artisans."

In addition to their extensive expertise, these appointments highlight Kervyn and Guillaume's interpersonal skills, their hands-on leadership and their deep commitment to Beachcomber's values: Respect, Lakorite, Evolution and Excellence.

"It is with immense pride and heartfelt emotion that we entrust the general management of Trou aux Biches Beachcomber and Victoria Beachcomber to Kervyn and Guillaume respectively. Their appointments fully embody Beachcomber's People-first philosophy. They reflect one of our core values, Evolution: believing in our Artisans, trusting them and enabling them to fulfil their potential. Both Kervyn and Guillaume are passionate hoteliers, recognised for their pursuit of excellence, their humility and their people-centric leadership and strong connection with their teams. I am confident that they will guide and support their teams every day while writing a new chapter that remains true to the Beachcomber DNA. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to Théo Fleurié, who has led Trou aux Biches Beachcomber since 2023 and wish him every success in the next stage of his professional journey," says Jean-Louis Pismont, Chief Operations Officer of the Group
