Tampa, FL - November 2026 - KLH Capital ("KLH") is pleased to announce that it has partnered with the shareholders and management team of Schuyler Rubber Company, Inc. and Schuyler Maritime, LLC (collectively, "Schuyler" or the "Company") to complete a recapitalization of the Company. Established in 1950 and based in Broussard, LA, and Woodinville, WA, Schuyler is a leading manufacturer and value-added distributor of custom laminated and extruded rubber marine fenders, quay wall and dock fender systems, industrial cutting edges, and other wear parts and accessories serving the commercial marine, defense, shipyard, waste and recycling, and industrial end markets. Schuyler's senior leadership team will remain significant shareholders in the new partnership with KLH.
From two complementary facilities serving customers nationwide, Schuyler leverages more than 75 years of in-house engineering expertise, a differentiated recycled rubber lamination process, and a proprietary archive of more than 30,000 project drawings to deliver custom, application-specific solutions. The Company's team of fendering technicians and engineers supports customers from on-site evaluation through design and delivery, and its long-standing relationships with tug, barge, shipyard, and waste transfer operators across North America reflect a reputation for products that balance durability, longevity, and value.
"KLH shares our commitment to taking care of the people who have built Schuyler into what it is today. This partnership gives us additional resources to support our customers across the marine and industrial markets while continuing to build on the Company's reputation for durable, custom-engineered rubber fendering products," said David LeBlanc of Schuyler.
"We are thrilled to partner with David and the entire Schuyler team. Schuyler has established itself as a clear leader in a specialized market by delivering tailored solutions that protect vessels, docks, quay walls, and industrial infrastructure in harsh, high-wear applications. We look forward to supporting Schuyler as it continues to invest in its people, capabilities, and next phase of growth," said Jeff Croskey, Operating Partner at KLH Capital.
