County Commissioners congratulate Public Information staff members on NJACPIO board appointments
ATLANTIC CITY, NJ - The Monmouth County Board of County Commissioners would like to congratulate Tricia Ring Wajda, Public Information Officer, and Christopher M. Orlando, Deputy Public Information Officer, for being elected to serve on the New Jersey Association of County Public Information Officers (NJACPIO) board for the 2026-2027 term as President and Secretary respectively.
"On behalf of my fellow Commissioners, we are proud that Tricia and Christopher were selected to serve as President and Secretary of the NJACPIO Board," said Commissioner Director Thomas A. Arnone, liaison to the Department of Public Information. "Their talent, professionalism, and dedication to public service continue to strengthen Monmouth County's communications efforts, and we congratulate them on this well-deserved achievement."
"The NJACPIO is a partner organization of the New Jersey Association of Counties (NJAC) that gathers public information professionals from across the State to exchange ideas, discuss their roles and share advice," said Commissioner Deputy Director Dominick "Nick" DiRocco, 2nd Vice President of NJAC's Board of Directors. "Tricia previously served as Vice President of NJACPIO and Christopher will be serving his second term as Secretary. Congratulations on this exciting accomplishment!"
