Kinra Strengthens Its Automation Offering Through the Acquisition of Vipetech

Kinra Group has acquired Vipetech, a specialist company focused on automation and business process optimization. Through the acquisition, Kinra strengthens its expertise in process automation while expanding the Group's offering to customers seeking to streamline workflows, reduce manual tasks, and build more data-driven organizations. Following the acquisition, the Group's annual revenue amounts to approximately SEK 270 million.

The acquisition is Kinra's fifth since the Group was established in January 2026 and represents another step in its ambition to bring together leading specialist companies within business systems, data, integration, automation, and AI. Today, Kinra consists of five niche specialist companies that together help customers create more integrated, efficient, and future-ready business processes. Following the transaction, the Group's annual revenue totals approximately SEK 270 million.

Founded in 2010, Vipetech today employs 25 specialists and generates annual revenue of approximately SEK 70 million. The company complements Kinra's offering through its deep expertise in intelligent automation and digitalization of business processes.

Demand for automation solutions continues to grow, while rapid developments in artificial intelligence and AI agents are creating new opportunities for organizations to optimize and develop their processes. By combining intelligent automation, AI agents, and robotic process automation (RPA), Vipetech helps customers streamline business-critical workflows, increase productivity, and free up time for more value-creating work.
