UC President Milliken’s statement on the University’s motion to dismiss the Department of Justice’s Title VI lawsuit against UCLA

"We have enhanced policies across the University of California to strive for safe and welcoming campus environments for all. The Department of Justice's complaint ignores the meaningful action UCLA and Chancellor Frenk have taken to protect our Jewish community. DOJ's action does nothing to improve the environment on campus."
