Cyprus Association for Quality: Webinar of the European Organization for Quality (EOQ) on “Adaptation to Change”

On Monday, July 20th, the members of the Cyprus Association for Quality (CyAQ) had the opportunity to participate in the webinar of the European Organization for Quality (EOQ) on "Adaptation to Change", with speaker Ms. Alka Jarvis.

Ms. Jarvis has more than 27 years of experience in the field of quality, has authored 11 books, and has worked with leading organizations and companies, including Google, Microsoft, Cisco, Facebook, and Johnson & Johnson.

The webinar highlighted the importance of adapting to change, continuous learning, effective communication, and the systematic response of organizations in an ever-changing and demanding environment.

Following the presentation, CyAQ hosted a roundtable discussion, moderated by Dr. Alekos Loizides and participants Mr. Andreas Ioannidis and Mr. Akis Nikolaidis. The discussion focused on the role of quality, leadership, management systems, and organizational culture as key factors in enhancing organizations' resilience and adaptability in the face of ongoing challenges.
