Fat One’s Hot Dogs & Italian Ice To Officially Open On Saturday, September 19 At Universal Orlando Resort

Guests Can Enjoy Special Appearances by Founders, *NSYNC Member Joey Fatone and Manager Joe Mulvihill, to Celebrate the Debut of Universal CityWalk's Newest Eatery

ORLANDO, Fla. (September 14, 2026) - Fat One's Hot Dogs & Italian Ice, founded by *NSYNC member Joey Fatone and his manager Joe Mulvihill, will officially open at Universal Orlando Resort on Saturday, September 19, bringing even more flavor to Universal CityWalk.

Fat One's will serve up a "must-eat" menu that includes a selection of nine gourmet hot dogs piled high with creative toppings, such as The Fat One (footlong hot dog topped with roasted pork, pepperoni, chili beans, cheddar cheese sauce, red onion sauce, pop fries, and chives on a soft bun), The Brazilian (grilled linguica sausage with onion sauce, jalapeño veganaise, cotija, Calabrian honey, red peppers, cilantro, and potato sticks on a brioche bun) and the Dirty K-Pop Dog (Korean-inspired hot dog with kimchi slaw, spicy gochujang mayo, scallions, crispy onions, and black sesame on a brioche bun). Diners can also enjoy authentic Italian ices in a variety of flavors and specialty beers - giving guests another bold and delicious option to enjoy at the destination.

To celebrate the venue's official opening, Joey Fatone and Joe Mulvihill will make a special appearance at Fat One's to welcome its first guests on September 19. The first 100 guests will receive a wristband for one free hot dog served by Joey Fatone, who will stick around for a limited time for photos. Those interested in attending are encouraged to arrive at Fat One's at 10:00 a.m. Please note that space is limited and only available on a first-come, first-served basis.

In addition to the official debut of Fat One's, guests visiting Universal CityWalk on September 19 can also celebrate the 10^th anniversary of The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Feast Kitchen from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a chocolate display featuring Penelope and Jacques, an interactive chocolate dipping station, an education on chocolate origins and a special Toothsome 10^th Anniversary Milkshake that is available for purchase.
