If Yes, describe the method of calculating payments to senior security holders and distributions to other shareholders: The Fund originally issued Variable Rate MuniFund Term Preferred Shares, designated as "Series 2023-1 Variable Rate MuniFund Term Preferred Shares," par value $.001 per share (the "VMTP shares"). On

April 2, 2025, prior to the merger, the Fund redeemed all 1,209 issued and outstanding shares of its VMTP shares in accordance with the terms of the VMTP shares. The redemption price of the VMTP shares was the $25,000 liquidation preference per share, plus an additional amount representing the final accumulated dividend amount owed.
