Legal definitions of doping and doping control have been clarified
The law is aimed at improving the regulation of legal relations related to the prevention of and fight against doping in sport.
It clarifies the definitions of doping and doping control, outlines the responsibilities of national and regional sports federations and professional sports leagues in ensuring compliance with anti-doping rules, sets out a list of measures to prevent and combat doping, and specifies the powers of the Russian Anti-Doping Agency.
