For Chicago, For Our Future: Read City Colleges' “2025 in Review”

Year after year, City Colleges of Chicago is profoundly proud to serve our city and support our neighbors in achieving their college and career goals.

We're invested in our students and their potential, which is why, as Chancellor Juan Salgado shares in his 2025 annual update, "we've reimagined how a college system can serve its students."

The new report, "For Chicago, For Our Future: 2025 in Review," highlights our colleges' efforts and achievements throughout the past year. It showcases how, as a system, we expanded student supports, created new pathways to help learners move confidently into their next steps, and strengthened innovative partnerships with organizations across the city and the country.

Those efforts make a difference for our students. Yesenia, a recent graduate already exceling in her career at our employer partner, Aon, shared:

"I used to think of myself as someone who just did simple tasks. Now, I see myself as someone who belongs in the corporate world-someone with valuable skills and a future full of opportunity."

2026 is full of possibilities for our students and our city, and we are committed to transforming those possibilities into opportunities-for Chicago and for our future.
