Meet Rowdy, a 5-month-old pup who lives up to his name with boundless puppy energy and a playful spirit. He's convinced he's a lap dog and loves soaking up attention from anyone who will give it.
Rowdy was found wandering alone and arrived at the Silcox shelter at the end of July. Since then, he's made many friends at the shelter and gets along great with both male and female dogs, especially enjoying time in playgroups.
He's still working on his leash manners, but with a little training, this fun-loving boy will make a wonderful companion.
