Detroit ACE Night at the Opera and Fox feature discounts for The Lion King and The Music Man to city residents

The City of Detroit's Office of Arts, Culture & Entrepreneurship (Detroit ACE) is happy to announce the return of ACE Nights Around Town featuring Disney's The Lion King Wednesday, March 18 and Meredith Willson's The Music Man on Saturday, April 4.

On March 18 at 7:30 p.m., audiences can expect an unforgettable ACE Night at the Opera for Disney's The Lion King, at the Detroit Opera House. City of Detroit residents can take advantage of special pricing when they use the discount code CITY online. Before the award-winning show, audience members can enjoy activities in the Detroit Opera House lobby with Detroit ACE and Detroit Zoo. After a night of incredible live music, stunning visuals and powerful storytelling from Disney's The Lion King, there will be a post-show cast Q&A.

ACE Night at the Fox will highlight the Detroit premier of Meredith Willson's The Music Man, Saturday, April 4 at 2 p.m. The afternoon will include pre-show activities in the Fox Theatre lobby, and a performance of the beloved Broadway classic at a special city resident price of $30 per ticket.
