Menifee Street Project and Construction Updates - Week of August 25, 2025

The City of Menifee has street project and construction updates to share with the community:

Bradley Road at Rio Vista Drive and Potomac Drives - Bradley Road Bridge Project

Pile drilling operations for the new bridge foundation are now underway and will continue through Wednesday, September 3. The contractor is also progressing with demolition, site clearing, and utility relocation work as part of the ongoing construction activities. Bradley Road between Rio Vista and Potomac Drives will remain closed for the duration of the project.

Valley Boulevard and Cherry Hills Boulevard - Enclave by KB Homes Development Project

Enclave by KB Homes Development will have intermittent traffic control on Valley and Cherry Hills Boulevards for underground utility work through the end of August 2025.

Briggs Road and Holland Road Temporary Bypass Closure - D.R. Horton and KB Homes Development Projects

D.R. Horton and KB Homes continue working on street improvements in the area of Briggs Road and Holland Road for both the Canterwood and Nautical Cove developments, respectively. The temporary bypass road between Briggs Road and Holland Road will be closed Saturday, August 23, and Sunday, August 24, for utility installations. The bypass road will reopen Monday, August 25, with flaggers and traffic control in place during paving operations. Motorists should anticipate delays in the area during construction.

Encanto Road near Rouse Road - Legado Development Project

Lennar is working on reconstructing Encanto Road south of Rouse Road. Temporary traffic control will be placed. Motorists should expect intermittent traffic delays during construction through Summer 2025.
