George Kao, Senior Vice President of Operations, informed the Company that he will retire on December 31, 2025.
Mr. Tom Xiao, Senior Corporate Vice President of Engineering will assume his responsibilities. The Company does not anticipate any disruption to its operations or strategic roadmap, and Mr. Kao will assist with the transition by continuing to stay on as a consultant to the Company. The Company appreciates his service and dedication. The terms of Mr. Kao's consulting arrangement are yet to be finalized and will be disclosed in an amendment to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
