BSNC Acquires Alaka`ina Family of Companies

Bering Straits Native Corporation (BSNC) announced today it has acquired the Alakaʻina Family of Companies, an industry leader recognized for delivering exceptional solutions on large-scale contracts for the federal government and customers worldwide. The acquired companies will operate under Bering-Alaka'ina Holdings, LLC, a newly established BSNC holding company, providing expanded and integrated capabilities in professional and administrative support, base operations, range and engineering services, medical and biomedical services, and information technology.
