Mayor Kraham, Local Business to Partner Again on 'Fill The Trolley' Toy Drive During Holiday Carousel Rides at Recreation Park

Mayor Kraham, Foam It Insulation Invite Residents to Donate New, Unwrapped Toys for Broome County Toys for Tots

(BINGHAMTON, N.Y.)-Mayor Jared M. will join Foam It Insulation for a "Fill The Trolley" toy drive to benefit Broome County Toys for Tots on Saturday, Dec. 20 at Recreation Park during the final holiday carousel ride event of the season.

Mayor Kraham said: "Last year, the community helped us collect hundreds of toys for local kids in need during our Fill the Trolley event at Recreation Park. This year, the green Foam It Insulation trolley will be at the park during the popular holiday carousel rides, giving residents a chance to give back while enjoying all the festivities this great City event has to offer. Donations will support the Broome County Toys for Tots program, which is run by members of local law enforcement and has helped provide holiday joy to local families for decades."

The Fill the Trolley event will take place Saturday from 5-7pm at Recreation Park.

Mayor Kraham and representatives from Foam It Insulation, based on Emma Street in Binghamton, will be on site collecting new, unwrapped toys for Broome County Toys for Tots.

Donations will be loaded onto a green trolley owned by Foam It Insulation and delivered to the Toys for Tots headquarters following the toy drive.

The Broome County Toys for Tots program is run by local law enforcement agencies, including the Binghamton Police Department. Since 1962, the program has collected new toys to help local families in need provide gifts for their children during the holidays. Binghamton Police officers have led the program for the last several years.

Broome County Toys for Tots serves local children ages 1-10. All toys and proceeds raised help families living in Broome County.
