WARSAW - 3 June 2026 - Greenberg Traurig advised WOOD & Company Financial Services, a.s. Spółka Akcyjna, Oddział w Polsce, Pekao Investment Banking S.A. and Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. - Biuro Maklerskie Pekao in connection with the sale by cyber_Folks S.A. of shares in Vercom S.A. through an accelerated bookbuilding process (ABB) on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
WOOD & Company Financial Services, a.s. Spółka Akcyjna, Oddział w Polsce acted as sole global coordinator and joint bookrunner. mBank S.A., Pekao Investment Banking S.A. and Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. - Biuro Maklerskie Pekao acted as joint bookrunners.
The ABB covered the sale of 4,340,305 shares in Vercom S.A., representing 19.53 percent of the share capital and total number of votes of Vercom S.A. The value of the shares sold in the ABB amounted to PLN 520,836,600 (approx. EUR 123,021,605).
cyber_Folks intends to remain a strategic investor in Vercom, retaining a 30 percent stake in the company's share capital and total number of votes following the transaction. The proceeds will support cyber_Folks in financing its further development, in particular its acquisition activities.
