Meritex Welcomes Lexi Sheahan as Senior Human Resources Generalist

Meritex is pleased to welcome Lexi Sheahan as Senior Human Resources Generalist. This newly created role reflects Meritex's continued investment in its people, culture, and long-term growth.

Lexi brings more than 10 years of progressive human resources experience to Meritex. She joins us most recently from When I Work, a software technology company, where she spent the past five years in a variety of HR roles, most recently as Senior Human Resources Generalist. Her background includes performance management, employee relations, HRIS administration, compensation and benefits, culture and engagement initiatives, and employee development.

Lexi holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Development from the University of Minnesota and is a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).

"Lexi brings strong HR expertise and a genuine passion for people and culture," said Susan MacHolda, Chief Human Resources Officer at Meritex. "Her experience and thoughtful approach will be instrumental as we continue to support our employees and strengthen the Meritex culture."

In her role, Lexi will serve as an HR partner across the organization, supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, compensation and benefits, talent development, and culture and community engagement.
