I-86 rest areas near American Falls to close next week for maintenance
AMERICAN FALLS - Beginning Monday the Coldwater and the Massacre Rocks rest areas west of American Falls on Interstate 86 will be closed for maintenance.
Crews will be painting and landscaping. The Coldwater closure will last until the end of the week while the Massacre Rocks rest area closure is expected to only be until Monday.
Travelers are encouraged to plan ahead and utilize other rest areas while traveling along this stretch of I-86. For locations of other rest areas and more information check 511.idaho.gov.
