BISMARCK, N.D. - The Former Governors' Mansion is hosting a Halloween Open House on Friday, Oct. 31, from 5 to 9 p.m. The event is free and open to the public. All ages are welcome, but children under age 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
The mansion will be decorated for Halloween and open for exploration of all levels including the basement. Refreshments will be available, and candy will be distributed at the front door while supplies last.
The Former Governors' Mansion, located at the corner of Fourth Street and Avenue B in Bismarck, is a state historic site managed by the State Historical Society of North Dakota. Admission is free.
