• Item 1: Revisions to Ch. 33: Subchapter A, Rule 33.2; Subchapter B, Rule 33.23; Subchapter C, Rules 33.44 and 33.45; Subchapter D, Rule 33.57; Subchapter E, Rule 33.75; Subchapter F, Rule 33.93; and Subchapter G, Rules 33.100, 33.101, 33.103, 33.104, and 33.105, to update statutory references, clarify agency practices, and conform to the capabilities of the agency's online business portal.
• Item 2: Revisions to Ch. 45, Subchapter A, Rules 45.7, 45.9, 45.11, and 45.12; Subchapter B, Rules 45.20 and 45.23; Subchapter C, Rule 45.30; Subchapter D, Rule 45.40; and Subchapter E, Rule 45.50, to update terminology and activities related to product registration and remove unnecessary references.
• Item 3: Revisions to Rule 50.24 (Notice of Change of Location) as a result of proposed changes to Rule 33.93.
• Item 4: Revisions to Rule 45.105 (Advertising) to clarify appropriate advertising options for upper-tier license and permit holders. Note: If revisions to Rule 45.105 are adopted, Marketing Practices Advisory (MPA062): Outdoor Advertising Regulations will be updated to conform.

It is TABC's intent to propose the attached rules for publication at the commission meeting in November.
