NAVY
Lockheed Martin Corp., Rotary and Missions Systems, Liverpool, New York (N00024-20-C-5503), was awarded a $208,962,712 firm-fixed-price modification to a previously-awarded contract for production of Surface Electronic Warfare Improvement Program AN/SLQ-32(V)6 systems. This contract modification includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $1,708,478,799. Work will be performed in Liverpool, New York (78%); and Lansdale, Pennsylvania (22%), and is expected to be completed by September 2029. Fiscal 2026 shipbuilding and conversion (Navy) funds in the amount of $129,492,886 (62%); fiscal 2026 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $58,150,605 (28%); fiscal 2025 other procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $20,306,407 (10%); and fiscal 2026 research development test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $1,012,814 (<1%), will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., San Diego, California (N0001927F1026), is awarded a $66,041,453 firm-fixed-price delivery order under a basic ordering agreement (N0001925G0003) for recurring engineering retrofit efforts, material, and spares to incorporate 17 engineering change proposals for the Navy and 16 engineering change proposals for the Royal Australian Air Force into fielded MQ-4C Triton unmanned aircraft systems. The effort supports fleet standardization and mission readiness. Work will be performed in Hayward, California (63%); San Diego, California (31%); Red Oak, Texas (1%); Waco, Texas (1%); Tukwila, Washington (1%); Elyria, Ohio (1%); Irvine, California (1%); and various locations within the continental U.S. (1%), and is expected to be completed in June 2030. Fiscal 2026 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $53,606,096; and Royal Australian Air Force cooperative-program funds in the amount of $12,435,357, will be obligated at the time of award. This delivery order was not competitively procured. Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.
AIR FORCE
Collins Aerospace, Marlborough, Massachusetts, has been awarded a ceiling $95,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the Air Traffic Navigation, Integration, and Coordination System program. This contract provides for contractor logistics support. Work will be performed at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia; and Largo, Florida, and is expected to be completed by September 2036. This contract was a sole source acquisition. Fiscal 2026 procurement funds in the amount of $2,465,000 are being obligated at time of award. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, is the contracting activity (FA2330-26-D-B001).
Amentum Services Inc., Chantilly, Virginia, has been awarded a $17,648,024 modification (P00038) to a previously awarded contract (FA489022C0019) for Option Year Four of the Aerial Targets III Program. Work will be performed at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida, and is expected to be completed by Sept. 30, 2027. Fiscal 2027 operations and management funds in the amount of $4,018,631 are being obligated at time of award. Air Combat Command's Acquisition Management and Integration Center, Hampton, Virginia, is the contracting activity.
