Resolution Responses: MariBell Transmission Project

Dairyland received two resolutions regarding the MariBell Transmission Project from two of our member distribution cooperatives in Wisconsin, Scenic Rivers Energy Cooperative and Vernon Electric Cooperative, following their respective 2026 annual meetings. Below are Dairyland's responses to the resolutions. We have also attached two items referenced in the resolution responses (Typical Structure; Long Range Transmission Planning document).
