Karnikian, senior counsel in Crowell & Moring's Transportation Group, brings more than a decade of experience advising airlines, cargo operators, Fortune 500 companies, and emerging technology companies. Karnikian leads the commercial aviation practice where she brings deep expertise and innovative solutions to the industry's most high-stakes matters. Her practice encompasses a variety of aviation matters, including fleet transactions, supply chain and maintenance operations, regulatory compliance, and asset finance.

Among her notable representations, Karnikian led the transition of a quarter of a client's aircraft fleet to multiple operators, structured a maritime leasing and finance company's entry into aircraft ownership and management and served as aviation counsel for a client's groundbreaking low Earth orbit satellite connectivity initiative.
