City of Buffalo - D'Youville University Student Housing

Negative Declaration

Erie County - The City of Buffalo Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed D'Youville University Student Housing will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a major site plan approval for the construction of a new five-story residential building (146,002 square feet), consisting of 188 units and future commercial tenant space, on a 2.02 acre site. A total of 79 parking spaces will be provided on site and vehicular access will be provided from two new curb cuts to Plymouth Avenue. The action has been defined broadly to include all proposed site improvements as well as all required discretionary approvals and permits needed for the project. The project is located at 443 West Avenue in the City of Buffalo, New York.
