REVISED: NOW OPEN: Permitted ramp closure now open at EB I-470 and View High Dr.

REVISED: JACKSON COUNTY - The ramp from EB I-470 to View High Dr. is now open, Nov. 5 (Revised from Nov. 26). Various ramp closures were in place since July 2025 for permitted work by I-470 Western Gateway Transportation Development District for roadway improvements and the installation of a diverging diamond interchange (DDI) on View High Dr. under I-470.

• Ramp from eastbound I-470 to View High Drive is now open.

Motorists will notice continued roadwork and alternative traffic patterns as the project nears completion.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can also be short-term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
