On October 15, 2025, Ivan Webb resigned as the Company's CEO. There are no disagreements or conflicts relating to this resignation between the Company and Mr. Webb.
On October 15, 2025, the Company's Board of Directors appointed Noel Schaefer as its new President and CEO. Mr. Schaefer currently also serves as a director and the Company's Chief Operating Officer.
