NOTICE OF OFFICES AND NOMINATIONS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to § 10224.5 of the Elections Code of the State of California, relating to the General Municipal Election to be held in the City of Orange on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, the following officers are to be elected:

• For Mayor (elected At-Large) Full term of two years
• For One Member of the City Council District 1 Full Term of four years
• For One Member of the City Council District 4 Full term of four years
• For One Member of the City Council District 6 Full term of four years

I, Pamela Coleman, Elections Official for the City of Orange certify I have furnished nomination papers to the incumbents for each of the following open offices: Mayor and City Council District 4.

Nomination papers may be obtained at the City Clerk's Office located at Orange City Hall, 300 E. Chapman Avenue, Orange 92866.

Completed nomination papers may be filed at the Clerk's Office located at Orange City Hall, 300 E. Chapman Avenue, Orange 92866, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. until the close of the nomination period at 5:00 p.m. on August 7, 2026.
