Amendment to Executive Order on the Specifics of Customs Regulation at the State Border
Presidential Executive Order No 261 of April 20, 2026, On the Specifics of Customs Regulation at the State Border of the Russian Federation, introduced a temporary simplified procedure for the customs clearance and labelling of certain goods imported from member states of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU Background information Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) ), effective through May 31, 2026.
The present Executive Order extends the application of this temporary procedure through August 31, 2026.
