RFP: Survey and Platting of Aniak-Doestock II RRCS Subdivision

The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining, Land and Water is soliciting proposals for a professional services contract for the surveying and platting of approximately 266 acres of State-owned land. Alaska State Land Survey (ASLS) No. 2026-03 Aniak-Doestock II Remote Recreational Cabin Sites consists of 20 parcels ranging from 5 to 20 acres.

PLEASE NOTE: It is the proposer's responsibility to read the entire contents of this RFP and to provide a responsive proposal. Please pay particular attention to the sections on:

Project Schedule (page 6)

Deliverables (page 6)

Proposal Format and Content (page 14)

Proposal Evaluation Criteria (page 19)

Proposals must be received in writing at the Issuing Office no later than 2:00 P.M. on March 26, 2026. Failure to meet the deadline will result in disqualification of the proposal without review.
