Mesquite teens invited to Epic Summer Experience events

The City of Mesquite announces the return of Epic Summer Experience, a series of free events designed exclusively for teens ages 12-17 during the last two weeks of July.

Epic Summer Experience will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesdays, July 22 and 29 at Terry Middle School, and Thursdays, July 24 and 31 at Florence Recreation Center. Each event features a variety of free activities, including open gym access, inflatables, music, food, crafts, raffles and more. The program offers a safe space for teens to stay active, build friendships and enjoy their summer break. Please note that participants will be required to register upon arrival and backpacks are not permitted at the events.

Since starting in 2023, hundreds of teens have participated in Epic Summer Experience which served as the catalyst for the City's Real. Texas. Teens. initiative, providing programming for local teens throughout the year to socialize, play and take part in activities tailored to their interests.
