ITF World Tennis Masters Tour to Debut in Beijing

The ITF World Tennis Masters Tour MT200 Beijing Changping will take place from April 16 to 20 at Shangdong Sports Center. For the first time, the ITF World Tennis Masters Tour will be held in Beijing.

As of April 1, a total of 386 players have registered for the event, including over 20 foreign players. The oldest participant is over 70 years old. Based on age categories, the organizing committee has divided all participants into seven groups: 30+, 40+, 50+, 55+, 60+, 65+, and 70+, with a total of 27 individual events. The tournament features men's singles, women's singles, men's doubles, women's doubles, and mixed doubles, with the players of the 70+ group limited to doubles events.

The ITF World Tennis Masters Tour, initiated by the International Tennis Federation (ITF), aims to provide a high-quality competition platform for tennis enthusiasts aged 30 to 90 worldwide. It is reported that in 2025, more than 30 games are expected to be held in over 20 cities across China.
