East Bay Boulevard at the intersection of Jewel Road in Navarre is down to one lane for about an hour, while crews continue to make repairs to the roadway due to a partial collapse while installing piping. Motorists in the area can utilize Andora Street (east of Jewel Road) or Edgewood Drive (west of Jewel Road) as detours to Highway 98.
