February Holiday Closures
In observance of Presidents' Day, February 16, 2026, City of Irvine offices, including the following, are closed:
- Irvine City Hall
- Community Centers
- Planning Counter
- The Community Development Assistance Center (The Building and Safety Division is always available online via IrvineREADY!(link is external), which allows customers to upload permit applications and plan check documents, check application status, and access self-service permits 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Email [email protected](link sends e-mail). For inspections, call 949-724-6396; for permits, call 949-724-6313.

- Irvine Animal Care Center
- Irvine Fine Arts Center
- Great Park Balloon and Carousel (Great Park general park areas and Visitors Center are open.)
- Great Park Gallery
- Lakeview Senior Center
- Rancho Senior Center
- Trabuco Center
- Sweet Shade Ability Center
- Aquatics Facilities (Sites are open for rentals)
- Adventure Playground
- TRIPS
