Women in Title Announces Partnership with Encore Bank

Encore Bank is excited to share that Women in Title (WiT), a national nonprofit focused on supporting professional growth and leadership in the title insurance industry, has announced a new partnership naming Encore Bank as its first Bank Visionary Partner.

This partnership builds on the strong relationship already in place and will help support WiT's expanding work, including mentorship opportunities, educational programs, and the continued growth of state chapters across the country. It also aligns with Encore Bank's ongoing commitment to developing leaders and advancing women both within the industry and throughout our organization.

Women make up the majority of Encore Bank's employees and nearly half of corporate leadership, reflecting our continued investment in creating opportunities and fostering an environment where women can lead and grow.
