"We've had an outstanding response from both the community and from students for this spring's Into the Streets event," IUP Director of Student Leadership Donovan Daniel said. "Students care deeply about the community and are excited about the opportunity to provide service to their 'home away from home' and to connect to community agencies and residents," he said.
"Programs like Into the Streets can be a transformative experience that helps students to develop a deeper understanding of themselves, their values, and their sense of purpose, ultimately preparing them to become ethical and impactful leaders in their communities and beyond."
