Toronto, ON and Philadelphia, PA - June 17, 2026 - EnerTech Capital, a leading venture capital firm focused on energy, industrials, and emerging infrastructure technologies, today announced that Jim Enzor has joined the firm as an Executive-in-Residence (EIR).
Jim brings decades of global leadership experience as a senior finance and operations executive across multiple industries, including energy, automotive, telecommunications, and industrial manufacturing. As an EIR, he will partner closely with EnerTech's portfolio companies to drive financial and operational transformation, optimize cost structures, and translate strategic priorities into measurable, scalable growth.
"Jim's track record of delivering measurable financial and operational results makes him a strong addition to our EIR network," said Wally Hunter, Managing Director at EnerTech Capital. "His experience across complex global organizations and his ability to translate strategy into execution will be highly valuable to our portfolio companies."
Jim serves as a senior advisor to Genpact, helping the firm and its clients achieve transformation objectives across finance, sourcing, and operations. Previously, he served as Managing Director at Accenture, where he led finance and accounting transformation initiatives for global clients. In this role, he advised companies across industries on cost optimization, digital transformation, and operational efficiency, often delivering 40% to 50% run-cost savings while improving capabilities and controls.
Prior to his time at Accenture, Jim held Chief Financial Officer roles at Fluidic Energy and MD Helicopters, where he played a critical role in capital formation, operational leadership, and strategic execution. At Fluidic Energy, he helped raise more than $37 million in capital to support next-generation battery technology and company growth.
Earlier in his career, Jim held multiple senior leadership positions at Delphi Automotive (now Aptiv), including CFO roles overseeing multibillion-dollar business units across Europe and Asia. He led complex integrations, including a $1 billion acquisition that delivered over $110 million in synergies ahead of schedule.
"I'm excited to join EnerTech as an Executive-in-Residence and collaborate with innovative companies shaping the future of energy and transportation," said Jim. "EnerTech's focus on scaling transformative technologies aligns well with my experience in driving operational excellence and sustainable growth."
Jim holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Accounting and has passed the CPA exam in Michigan.
